How It Works
When you click a link to retailers like Amazon.com and complete a purchase, BETKART may receive a referral fee of 5-10% from the merchant.

Subject to Change
Merchant prices may update at any moment; BETKART cannot guarantee price stability between your search and purchase
Merchant Prevails
If a price changes after you click "Buy", the merchant's current price takes effect at checkout

Limitation of Liability – Shipping & Product Quality
BETKART's role as an intermediary means we cannot control or guarantee aspects of your purchase that occur after you leave our platform.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays, package damage, or lost items that occur during transit through the merchant's fulfillment process.
Product Quality
Product defects, warranty claims, and return processing are handled directly between you and the merchant. BETKART does not mediate these disputes.
Liability Cap
In no event will BETKART's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the referenced transaction or $100, whichever is greater.
